Processing may take longer during launches, sales, public holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.

Delivery Across Pakistan

We deliver to serviceable locations across Pakistan through third-party courier partners.

After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes approximately 5 to 10 working days, depending on your city, courier route and local service conditions.

Shipping Charges

Applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout or communicated as part of the order process. Promotional free-shipping offers may apply from time to time when clearly stated.

Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, Ayrash may confirm the order by phone, SMS or another contact method before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed, placed on hold or cancelled.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available from the courier, it may be shared with you after dispatch by SMS, email or another order-contact method.

Delivery Delays

Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, or supplied incorrect information, additional courier charges may apply before the order is sent again.
